Job Description
Responsibilities
We are looking for a Software Developer in weisbaden Germany.
The person that fills this role will be responsible for the following:
• Investigate, analyze, and evaluate functions and processes for the continued operation,
• maintenance, and development government applications.
• Create new reports/queries as needed to support business operations (SQL Server Reporting Services (SRR)).
• Support web page development and web server implementation.
• Maintain government’s Internet web pages to include maintenance and documentation of new and existing code and
• Support current and future updates to custom applications and supporting technologies including but not limited to .NET, SQL, IIS, Angular JavaScript, C# and customized SharePoint Online & SharePoint 2016 code.
• Support adherence of all locally developed and maintained applications to applicable DoD security guidelines for application and database security to include performing security scans of code using DoD… approved code scanner and monthly security scans and STIG checks on application, code, web servers, and databases to verify the health of servers that house NAU Applications.
• Provide monthly user training on applications.
• Create project plans for all new projects describing the work to be performed and schedule milestones.

• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Qualifications
Education and Experience Required (per DoD Directive 8570.1)
• Baseline: IAT I (i.e. A+, Net+)
• ITIL Foundations v3 or v4
• PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMIACP) or Professional Scrum Master I, II, or III, or Scrum Alliance Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
• Extensive experience with C# and SQL Programming Languages
• 5 years experience in software development with at least 7 years development experience in a SharePoint environment to include work with .Net, Java, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
• Knowledge of MS Project a plus.
• Secret clearance is required
Must meet one of the following requirements to qualify for TESA:
• University Master’s Degree PLUS one year of RECENT applicable experience
• University Bachelor’s Degree PLUS three years of RECENT applicable experience
• Associates Degree PLUS seven years of RECENT applicable experience
• MAJOR certification in Computer Science PLUS 11 years of RECENT applicable experience

Target Salary Range
$86,000 – $138,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
